In most cases, bleaching is only a remedy and not a routine step in refurbishment. If the surface of the wood has obvious stains, dark spots or water stains; if the spots on the wood are spotted, it is covered with stains; if the color is uneven; or the old colorant is removed, there are still old spots and fillings on the PVC cabinet film. Agent, then PVC cabinet film needs to be bleached. Let's take the bleaching PVC cabinet film as an example to talk about the bleaching step of the PVC cabinet film.

1. Before using bleach, test it on the same PVC cabinet film waste or in the hidden corner of the PVC cabinet film to ensure a complete understanding of the bleaching effect and speed of the bleach. In general, bleaches work faster on soft wood and slower on hard wood.

2, bleaching is not difficult, but it has some precautions, because bleach is a very powerful chemical. More powerful ones can even damage the skin, eyes and lungs. Rubber gloves and safety glasses should be worn when using bleach, and the working environment should be well ventilated.

3. Carefully apply and wipe. When using bleach, artificial pig bristle brushes should be used, and chemical agents can damage natural piglets. When using bleach, follow the texture of the PVC cabinet film and evenly wet the surface and brush it through; do not let it dry a piece of wet.

4. After bleaching, wipe the PVC cabinet film with a damp cloth. In order to remove the residue, the PVC cabinet membrane is completely neutralized; an aqueous ammonia solution can be used to neutralize the oxalic acid bleach, and a borax solution is used to neutralize the laundry bleach or the 2-in-1 bleach.

Thoroughly clean the bleached PVC cabinet film with a suitable neutralizer, taking care not to overdo it. Secondly, the processing speed should be fast, with waterproof stains, rinse the PVC cabinet film with water and dry it thoroughly with a soft cloth.
